The Purge: Election Year is an upcoming 2016 American social science fiction action horror film written and directed by James DeMonaco, a sequel to 2014 film The Purge: Anarchy and a third installment in The Purge series. The film stars Frank Grillo, Elizabeth Mitchell, Mykelti Williamson, Betty Gabriel, Edwin Hodge, Kyle Secor, Joseph Julian Soria and Liza Colón-Zayas. The film is set to be released on July 1, 2016.
In 2025, two years after choosing not to kill the man who killed his son, the former police sergeant has become head of security for Senator Charlene Roan , the front runner in the next Presidential election due to her vow to eliminate the Purge after losing her family to sadistic murderers on Purge night 15 years earlier in 2010. The government secretly opposes Roan's campaign against the Purge, and plot against her to keep her from destroying the Purge. On the night of what should be the final Purge, a betrayal from within the government at the hands of the New Founding Fathers of America forces Barnes and Senator Roan out onto the street where they must fight to survive the night, and come across a group of anti-Purge rebels that support Senator Roan's campaign.
In the early 2010s, "The New Founding Fathers of America" have established a new totalitarian government and a police state, following economic collapse. Using the 28th amendment of the U.S Constitution, the government has established one night a year - called "The Purge", which occurs on March 21 to 22, in which all crime is legal and all police, fire, and medical emergency services remain unavailable for 12 hours from 7 p.m. until 7 a.m. the next day. The only rules are that no government officials with authorization levels of 10 and higher are to be disturbed and all weapons above Class 4 are forbidden. Anyone who violates the rules of the Purge would be publicly executed by hanging. The purge has resulted in crime and unemployment rates plummeting to 1% and a strong economy. Although it is thought to be used as an act of catharsis for the U.S. populace, it is in reality used as a method of artificial population control as the unemployed poor in slum neighborhoods are usually the main targets.
Shooting began on 16 September 2015 in Woonsocket, Rhode Island. The main street was transformed into the near future Washington, D.C..Filming would also be done in Providence.
Originally the film was set to be released on July 4, 2016, to coincide with the Fourth of July but was pushed forward to July 1, 2016, which is on the Fourth of July weekend.

Finding Dory Full Movie History-2016:
Finding Dory is scheduled to be released on June 17, 2016 in 2D, Disney Digital 3-D and RealD 3D.It will also be released to IMAX theaters.
Finding Dory is an upcoming American 3D computer-animated comedy adventure film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It is the sequel to 2003's Finding Nemo. Andrew Stanton, who directed the original film, will return as writer and director, alongside Angus MacLane as the co-director.The film is scheduled to be released on June 17, 2016.It has also been confirmed that characters from the first film will appear in the sequel, including Dory, Nemo, Marlin and the "Tank Gang".
Finding Dory will be focused on the amnesiac character Dory, and will explore the idea of her being reunited with her family. The film will take place six months after the events of Finding Nemo and will be set off the coast of California.
Taking place six months after Finding Nemo,Dory suddenly recalls her childhood memories.Remembering something about "the jewel of Monterey, California",accompanied by Nemo and Marlin, she sets out to find her family. She arrives at the Monterey Marine Life Institute, where she meets Bailey, a white beluga whale; Destiny, a whale shark; and Hank the octopus, who becomes her guide.
In July 2012, it was reported that Andrew Stanton was developing a sequel to Finding Nemo, with Victoria Strouse writing the script and a schedule to be released in 2016.However, the same day the news of a potential sequel broke, director Andrew Stanton posted a message on his personal Twitter calling into question the accuracy of these reports. The message said, "Didn't you all learn from Chicken Little? Everyone calm down. Don't believe everything you read. Nothing to see here now. According to the report by The Hollywood Reporter published in August 2012, Ellen DeGeneres was in negotiations to reprise her role of Dory.In September 2012, it was confirmed by Stanton, saying: "What was immediately on the list was writing a second Carter movie. When that went away, everything slid up. I know I'll be accused by more sarcastic people that it's a reaction to Carter not doing well, but only in its timing, but not in its conceit".In February 2013, it was confirmed by the press that Albert Brooks would reprise the role of Marlin in the sequel.
The film's ending was revised after Pixar executives viewed Blackfish, a 2013 documentary film which focuses on dangers of keeping orca whales in captivity. Initially, some of the characters would end up in a SeaWorld-like marine park, but the revision gave them an option to leave. On September 18, 2013, it was announced that the film would be pushed back to a June 17, 2016 release. Pixar's The Good Dinosaur was moved to the November 25, 2015 slot to allow more time for production of the film.

Principal photography on the film began on June 19, 2015 in Mobile, Alabama. Filming will also take place in San Francisco and Kyoto, Japan. On June 27, 2015, filming was underway in Orange Beach.A World War II-era vintage seaplane PBY Catalina was being used for the filming on June 29, 2015, when it took on water and beached near the Flora-Bama lounge, Orange Beach. There were no injuries during the incident, and the rescue team secured the pilot and co-pilot.Producers had to put the production on hold temporarily to save the plane, but "the salvage company was unable to save the aircraft," which was broken apart, according to the producers. The plane was provided by firefighters from Washington and was being piloted by Fred and Jayson Owen. After filming on July 14 in downtown Mobile, Cage met a real Navy veteran named Richard Stephens on a Bienville Square's bench, Stephens was one of the survivors of the ship, so Cage and Stephens had a long talk about the disaster.
Development
The project USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage, set in July 1945, is about the Navy ship USS Indianapolis and was first announced in 2011 by Hannibal Classics. Near the end of World War II—when the ship was returning from Tinian after delivering important parts for an atomic bomb—it was torpedoed by a Japanese submarine. 1,196 people were aboard the ship, out of which only 317 survived, almost 300 sank along with the ship, and all others were killed by dehydration, exposure, salt water poisoning, or shark attacks. Cam Cannon and Richard Rionda Del Castro, the latter also being engaged as a producer, wrote the script for the film. The focus of the film is on the bravery of the crewmen aboard the USS Indianapolis. On December 17, 2013, Hannibal set Mario Van Peebles to direct the film, while Patriot Pictures would finance and Rionda Del Castro would produce along with Michael Mendelsohn. The studio had developed the film in five years by consulting the survivors of the disaster, including the US Navy and the US Coast Guard. The US Navy helped with the completion and finalization of the last draft of the script. Walt Conti of Edge Innovations would provide the animated sharks, and the production reportedly secured two fully operational WWII-era planes to portray the planes that were involved in the real rescue operations after the disaster.Silo Inc. and Hydroflex were attached to handle digital effects and underwater filming for the film, respectively. USS Alabama and USS Drum would both be used along with the Battleship Memorial Park to depict as the USS Indianapolis and the Japanese submarine
The film is scheduled for a May 30, 2016 release, Memorial Day weekend.
